Nnamdi Kanu’s court trial was adjourned today after SSS failed to bring him to the court room and the commencement of the court’s vacation.

Dr Binta Nyako, the presiding judge, refused the plea of Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyers to send him to a correctional center over issues of health, accessibility and life.

The court hearing was postponed to be held again on the 21st October.

The counsel lawyer to Nnamdi Kanu, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, gave a statement today concerning the current situation of things. His words held hope for the troubled hearts. He asserted that there is hope, and that in the end, Nnamdi kanu will emerge victorious.

“We will visit him again within the next 48 hours. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will regain his freedom sooner than may be expected.”

Furthermore, he communicated the activation of a judicial process to guarantee that the court agrees to a fiat to hear the case the court’s annual vacation that kicked off today.
